La consejera de Cultura y Patrimonio Histórico, Patricia del Pozo, ha afirmado que ahora mismo no se puede plantear despidos en la Agencia Andaluza de Instituciones Culturales porque hay que dar la oportunidad a quienes están dentro de que trabajen con la nueva organización, aunque ha añadido que si en este camino aparecen determinadas personas que no trabajan o que han entrado de una forma irregular, no lo consentirá. En una entrevista, Del Pozo ha recordado que el informe de la auditoría ha establecido ya unas conclusiones muy claras, entre las que se encuentran que la agencia no estaba bien estructurada, tenía un gran déficit a la hora de funcionar porque había mucha duplicidad de funciones o problemas también con el presupuesto, que hacía que no hubiera la posibilidad hacer una programación continua porque se modifica permanentemente.
