El Gobierno bipartito andaluz del PP y Ciudadanos ha aprobado la formulación del Plan Anual de Memoria Democrática 2019, documento que recoge como prioridades las exhumaciones de fosas, la localización de restos y las identificaciones genéticas. El plan, que fue aprobado por el Consejo de Gobierno de la Junta de Andalucía, está basado en las propuestas acordadas por el Consejo de la Memoria Histórica y Democrática de Andalucía en su última reunión. La Consejería de Cultura y Patrimonio Histórico del Gobierno andaluz elaborará el plan, que persigue asentar la política de memoria democrática en los principios de verdad, justicia y reparación, así como en los valores democráticos de concordia, convivencia, pluralismo político, defensa de los derechos humanos, cultura de paz e igualdad de hombres y mujeres. Asimismo, esta iniciativa busca establecer un marco de referencia orientativo para el desarrollo de las políticas públicas de memoria democrática en Andalucía.

The Andalusian bipartite government of the PP and Citizens has approved the formulation of the Annual Plan of Democratic Memory 2019, a document that includes as priorities the exhumations of graves, the location of remains and genetic identifications. The plan, which was approved by the Government Council of the Junta de Andalucía, is based on the proposals agreed by the Council of Historical and Democratic Memory of Andalusia at its last meeting. The Ministry of Culture and Historical Heritage of the Andalusian Government will prepare the plan, which seeks to establish the policy of democratic memory in the principles of truth, justice and reparation, as well as in the democratic values of concord, coexistence, political pluralism, defense of rights human, culture of peace and equality of men and women. Likewise, this initiative seeks to establish an orientation framework for the development of democratic public policies in Andalusia.
